Locums Family Medicine Physician in Greenville, North Carolina - No Call, Weekend Schedule

Weekend-only inpatient coverage with no call and low daily patient volume. This role supports an adult behavioral health population while working alongside an established multidisciplinary team.

Practice & Cases

• Adult inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment setting
• Medical management, inpatient rounds, admissions, and cross-cover responsibilities
• Light wound care, lab review, and EKG interpretation
• Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday coverage
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
• Approximately two weekends per month available
• One week of weekday training required before starting

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active North Carolina license required
• BLS certification required

Logistics

• Travel and lodging are not provided
• Local and driving-distance North Carolina candidates preferred
